I’m a recent graduate from Florida International University where I earned my bachelor’s degree in mass communications with an emphasis in public relations and a minor in political science.

I was born and raised in Miami, FL to Nicaraguan immigrants who escaped a revolution — as a true product of the American dream, I hope to one day use my gift of effective communication to aid those without a voice. I’m fascinated with the world of mass communications and how it impacts our day-to-day lives. As a student of history, I believe by looking towards the past you can always learn something new.

I love to analyze elements of the past and present to gain better insight into current and future media landscape trends — you can always count on me to be up to date on pop culture, current events, politics and discovering new perspectives by traveling the world. The world is big and I want to have a good look at it before it gets dark.

I have expertise in AP-style writing and editing, Adobe Creative Cloud, SEO, basic Javascript, web design, and speaking and writing in both English and Spanish.
